ICE cotton futures market rose first and then declined. Contract of Mar closed at 63.73cent/lb, down 0.1cent/lb and contract of May closed at 65.46cent/lb, up 0.01cent/lb. The major cotton contract still consolidated at 63-65cent/lb.
Cotlook A Index rose by 0.85cent/lb to 74.15cent/lb.
