Since the beginning of this year, Yizheng Chemical Fiber has maintained growth in the output of high-value-added recycled polyester staple fiber. Orders in January increased by 40% year on year, making it the company's first flagship product in the recycling sector with annual output exceeding 10,000 tons.

Since the start of 2021, when the company began R&D and production of high-value-added recycled polyester staple fiber, it has strengthened raw material management, established a raw material index traceability system, and improved the stability of chip supply. On this basis, it has optimized production processes, ensured stable operation, and accelerated technological innovation. The company has implemented strict quality control and proactively coordinated with its direct sales team to fully meet downstream customer requirements. It has successfully developed and produced a series of technologies and products, including 0.89 and 1.33 chemically recycled sewing thread, 1.33 recycled full-dull fiber, and 1.33 recycled fabric, mainly used in high-end exported recycled sewing threads.

In 2021, the company's high-value-added recycled polyester staple fiber obtained the GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification. In 2022, it was further certified as a green fiber by China Textile Standard (CTS). Continuous process optimization and quality improvement have been recognized by high-end customers. Production and sales volume have risen year by year, completely replacing imported products. Order volume surged from 120 tons per month five years ago to 1,000 tons per month. In 2025, production and sales of the product exceeded 10,000 tons, establishing it as a 10,000-ton flagship product in the company's recycling business. In the same year, the company's newly developed Yiran®recycled, antibacterial, moisture-wicking and quick-dry workwear fabrics and garments were exhibited at the Yarn Expo and received positive feedback, demonstrating the company's innovative strength in the fiber sector.
